Working with ESS Employee Leasing enables our clients to outsource their payroll processing, workers’ compensation insurance, administration of employee benefits and assist with human resources.  ESS Employee Leasing would be established as the employer of record and creates a relationship known as “co-employment”. Under this co-employer agreement ESS assumes responsibility for payroll processing and payroll taxes, as well as the liability for worker compensation and unemployment claims. Our client still maintains complete control of its day-to-day operations, employee’s job functions, schedules and employee selection. ESS will handle all your administrative task as it pertains to payroll.
